How it Works.
Whilst every home we craft is unique, every project follows a similar six-step process.
1. The Vision
First, we meet to discuss the foundations of your build. We’ll chat about your vision, needs, personal preferences and budget. Plus, it gives us a chance to get to know each other a little bit.
2. The Plan
We will do a thorough site assessment and collaborate with you to create detailed plans (if you don’t already have some) that blend traditional character with modern functionality. We will also work with you to ensure these plans meet your budget and supply you with a first-stage pricing estimate. Then, if you want to adjust your plans, we can guide you through this process.
3. The Approvals
The plans are submitted for approval. This is an essential step to ensure the project complies with local codes and regulations, including heritage guidelines.
4. The Contract
We will supply you with a final quote. Then, when you’re ready, we can catch up to discuss your project further. When you’re happy and ready to go ahead, we will sign a contract.
5. The Build
With your contract signed and a green tick from the Council, we will start crafting your dream home. This is the heart of your project, and we’ll keep you informed of our progress. We encourage you to visit us onsite, as you will get to know the team and see how your dream home is progressing.
6. The Handover
After finishing touches, we’ll do a thorough inspection and ensure you’re happy with your home before handing over the keys.
